Terms of Service

This applies to commissions.

• If a client is commissioning me, they agree to the following terms of service.

• Client must be at least eighteen years old. If I find out the client is underage, they will be blacklisted from my services.

• I, as the artist, have the right to refuse commission requests of any nature.

• A minimum of two major changes (changing color palette, changing a character's appearance/pose/expression, rearranging elements of an environment, etc.) are permitted for every commission for free. Beyond those changes, I will charge a 5% fee of the original cost of the commission to compensate for time.

• A 40% refund can be administered if the commission has not gone past the coloring stage.

• For any kind of commission, I will be providing rough sketches and/or thumbnails. Please clearly communicate which sketch or thumbnail you prefer.

• Printing commissions for personal use is allowed.

• For Commercial Commissions, payment plans and prices would be discussed through emails, meetings, calls, or any combination of both.

• I will not accept bitcoin/crypto-currency as payment.

• I will not allow my artwork to be sold as NFTs (Non-Refundable Tokens).

• With the permission of the client, the commissioned artwork can be posted on my main social media pages (Twitter @starflightart and Instagram @starflightartworks). The client can have the option of being notified when they are posted.

• When the commissioned art is final, no edits will be allowed without my approval. Example: Edits that include removing my signature/watermark is not permitted. Edits to have the art printable for personal use can be allowed.

• Anyone that edits finished commissions without my consent and approval are subject to blacklisting.

• I will be willing to draw just about any topic except for the following:

  • Pornography​

  • Illegal Content (Zoophilia, Pedophilia, etc.)

  • Extreme gore

  • Hate speech (including but not limited to: racism, Anti-Semitic, homophobia, etc.)

  • Propaganda

  • Fetish art

• If the client is violating my Terms of Service, they will be notified. If they do not comply with changes, then they will be blacklisted and prohibited from my services.
